During 2020, BBS provided the Cosenza Hospital with the design, supply in service, assistance and maintenance of automatic intelligent payment collection systems.
Unlike the other systems present on the national territory, the Cosenza Cashless Totem has as its main feature the technical implementation of the Live Support of a remote operator thanks to the technologies installed in the hardware system.
Citizens and interested users can therefore request the help of an operator ready at any time to provide support for the payment phases and for any further information required.
An integrated and support system that allows payment by cards and works without a health card thanks to the intelligent reading of a QR code or by simply typing the reservation code.
No longer a normal Cash Totem, but a Smart Totem!
